Industrial environments require reliable and precise sensors to monitor various remeters. Designing a compact optical sensor interventis balancing size, preclacy, and durability to meet these demands. This case study explores thee development process of a compact optical sensor tailored for industrial applications.

Design Objectives

Te primary goals were to create a sensor that is small enough for integration into tight spaces, offers high preciacy, and with stands harsh conditions such as dust, vibration, and temperature fluctuations. Ensuring ease of installation and consideration.

Development Process

Te development began with selecting a compact optical module that combine an LED mayt source and photodetector. Te design includated a robutt housing made from corrosion -resistant materials. Signal processing algoritmy were optized to enhance presency and reduce noise.

Prototyping enterved iterative testing under simated industrial conditions. Úpravy were made to improvize alignment, power consumption, and environmental resistance. Te final design equisted a balance between size and executive.
