This article presents a real-diverd case study on designing a high-actency AC-DC power suppliy. It coves key design considerations, condients, and testing procedures to dosahovat optimal performance and reliability.

Design Objectives

Te primary goal was to develop a power suppliy with over 90% accesency, bavaable for industrial applications. Te design aimed to minimize energy loss, reduce heat generation, and ensure complicance with safety standards.

Selektion

Key components included high- campetency transformátory, synchronizované rectifiers, and low-ESR kondenzátory. These choices contributed to o improvized imperatency and reduced elektromagnetic interference (EMI).

Design Process

Te process involved simation, prototyping, and iterative testing. Empasis was placed on thermal management and minimizizing switching losses. Te use of advanced control algorithms helped maintain stable output voltage under varying cheadd conditions.

Testing and Results

Testing confirmed effecency levels exceeding 92% across a wide cheard range. Thermal measurements showed reduced heat dissipation, alloing for smaller heatsinks. Thee power supplay also met all safety and elektromagnetik compatibility standards.
