Layer Resolution in FDM Printing
Layer resolution refers to the censensis of each deposited ide layer during printing. It directly imporvoces the detail and surface studness of the final product. Typical layer heights range from 0.1 mm to 0.3 mm.
Lower layer heights produce finer details and d somether surfaces but increase printing time. Higher layer heights redute print duration muy compromise surface quality and detail precinaciy.
Felülete Finish and Its Mequurement
Felülete finish descripbes the stuchness and textura of the printed surface. It can be quantitfied using parameters such a surface roughness (Ra) and waviness. These measurements are obtained thergh profilometry or microscopy technolques.
Better surface finish i acefeeded with lower layer heights and optimized printing parameters. Quantitative analysis helps in assigng the impact of differt settings on surface quality.
