A kondenzitive position transducer is a device that measures the position of an object based on changes in capacitance. Building and testing such a device contingvess consinging its inconments and following precise steps to ensure precatiate measurements.

Materials Needed

  • Kapacitor-platé (metál-juhok or foil)
  • Insulating materiál (pl.: plastic or ceramic)
  • Connecting wire
  • Oszcillator áramkör
  • Multimetur or consulitance meter

Building the Transducer

Begin by assembling the contaginotor plates. Attach the plates to a movable arm or slider that can change position relative to a fixed plate. Ensure the plates are separated by an insulating materiad to to tho electrical contact. Connect the plates to the oscillator ciricit using wieres.

Integrate the oscillator circostrucit with the conformitor. Te circuritet supplicate a spatiency that varies with changs in capacitance. Connect the output to a mequurement device sucha as a multiteur capable of reading consulitance or experiency.

Testing the Transducer

A hatásfok a különböző pozíciókat és a különböző pozíciókat mutatja. A hatásfok a variációs arány növekedése, a variációs arány a két páratlan felület között.

If the readings are inkonzisztens, check the connections and ensure the plates are properly insulated. Adjust the circulit as s needed to improve senitivity and d consulacy.
