Turbine and Positive Displacement Meters
Turbine meters use a rotor that spinns with the flow, with the rotation rate administratal to flow rate. Postive displacement meters trap a fixed volume of fluid and count the number of times the volumi i filled. These are efective for precise morfiments in specific applications.
